Student telethon success

We are delighted to announce that Worcester’s 2024 telethon has raised just over £177,000.

Our team of student callers spoke to around 330 Old Members, and over 200 of you generously decided to donate. Thank you! Thanks, too, to the student callers who so diligently worked in the evenings and through the weekends. Old Members chose to support not just the Worcester Fund, but also graduate scholarships, hardship funding, and access and outreach activities.

Once again, the generosity of Worcester Old Members has been truly inspirational. Thank you to everyone who took the time to speak to a student and everyone who made a gift. The money we’ve raised will make a huge difference to the student community, particularly students who are struggling in the cost-of-living crisis and turn to the College for help, so we are hugely grateful to all of you.
