Dr John Parrington will speak on, ‘Human consciousness versus ‘artificial’ intelligence: How similar are they, and are computers and robots about to take over the world?’.

All Engineering Old Members are warmly invited to the Tsz Fok Engineering Dinner on Saturday 3 February, a black tie dinner in Hall for all those who read Engineering Science or EEM.

Arrival time is 6pm for a pre-dinner talk in the Sultan Nazrin Shah Centre.

Our guest speaker is Lukas Feddern (2012, EEM), who founded Seneca Learning and made Forbes 30 under 30 in 2020 in the Social Entrepreneurs category. 

The talk will be followed by a drinks reception in the Sultan Nazrin Shah Centre. Dinner will be in Hall at 7.30pm.

Worcester College is delighted to invite you to our annual Winter Gardens Tour!

On the February 10th, 2024 we are offering tours of Worcester's beautiful gardens led by Worcester's Head Gardener Simon Bagnall and the gardens team. We will also hear from guest speaker Walter Sawyer, a garden consultant and former Superintendent of the University Parks, about some of the factors that go into creating a garden which remains beautiful in every season.
