Renewing our commitment to the Oxford Living Wage

Worcester College is proud to announce that we have reconfirmed our status as an Oxford Living Wage employer for another year, continuing our commitment to fair pay and supporting valued employees in one of the UK’s most expensive cities.

The Oxford Living Wage for 2025-26 is £13.16/hour, set at 95% of the London Living Wage as determined by the Living Wage Foundation. The rates are calculated each year by the Resolution Foundation using an established methodology to ensure people earn enough to afford a minimum acceptable standard of living.

This renewed accreditation means that everyone working at Worcester, including regularly contracted and part-time staff, will continue to be paid at or above this rate.
