Chef de Partie

Grade 4.6 - 4.9: £28,759 - £31,396 p.a.

The post holder will be part of a busy team however on occasions, the post holder will be required to work on their own as the duty chef, at these times they will be fully responsible for all aspects of food production, presentation, hygiene, health and safety within the kitchens.
