Key Dates
The admissions process follows the timetable below, which you may use as a guide. The University website is a valuable source of information on courses and the application process.
16 October: Deadline for receipt of your UCAS application (see www.ucas.com for details).
Late October/ Early November: Applicants in many subjects are required to sit a written test. Please check the University Admissions Website for information about your particular subject and for details of how to register where appropriate. Specimen tests are available on the University Website.
Early November: Applicants in some subjects are asked to submit written work directly to the College. It is important that candidates send in the correct type of work and all candidates should check the University Admissions website for information about their particular subject.
December: Applicants shortlisted for interview are invited to Oxford. Interview dates are published well in advance on the University Admissions website so that applicants can ensure that they are available at the specified times, if shortlisted.
January: Applicants will receive a letter from the college informing them of the result of their application.
