Information held on the College’s Alumni and Development database is held under the provision of the General Data Protection Regulation. The Development and Alumni Relations Office exists to establish and develop lifelong relationships with you: our alumni, donors, friends, and supporters. Data is used for the full range of development activities. These include the sending of event details, publications, the promotion of benefits and services to Old Members, to communicate on development matters and fundraising all of which may include an element of direct marketing. Address information is available to the University and to the Oxford University Society. Information is not released to external commercial organisations.
