Hours / Weeks: You will participate in the Lodge rota working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern covering night shifts averaging 42 hours a week. The Lodge is staffed 24hrs a day, 365 days a year. This role covers night shifts which are 12 hours in duration starting at 7pm

Job Responsibilities
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our dedicated Lodge Team as a Lodge Porter on a permanent contract. We are looking to attract a high-performing, ambitious candidate to fulfil the crucial role of supporting the front of house operation for the College. The role includes reception duties, issuing keys, updating records, monitoring CCTV and dealing with any incidents.

Person Specification Summary
The successful candidate will have experience in a customer service role and have excellent communication and teamwork skills. Candidates will be assessed on the basis of the criteria set out below and should ensure that their application provides evidence of how they meet the criteria. Examples of relevant experience need not be just from work, candidates may wish to give examples from study, voluntary work or skills gained in their family or social life.
