Job Type: Casual/On-Call Lodge Receptionist (Porter)

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Casual Staff, stepping in to cover shifts for our full-time workers during annual leave, training courses, or unplanned absences. This is a great role for anyone who values adaptability and enjoys being part of a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide support to College members, guests and visitors.
  • Step in to ensure smooth operations during staffing gaps.
  • Adapt to different shift patterns.

Shift details:

Shifts will be 12 hours long, working either:

  • 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or
  • 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Flexibility is required, as shifts include weekends and public holidays.

  • A dependable and proactive individual with a strong work ethic.
  • Flexibility and willingness to sometimes work at short notice.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Someone who enjoys working in a customer-facing role, delivering excellent customer service and creating positive experiences.
