Education
BA (Oxford)
I’m a DPhil student in the School of Geography and the Environment, where I research African climate. I completed my undergraduate degree in Geography at Hertford College.
I teach Geography alongside Dr Lisa Wedding, covering tutorials from Earth System Processes to Geographic Thought, with a particular focus on climate.
I’m interested in climate dynamics over Africa and how these might change in the future, using a combination of model data and observational data from fieldwork. In particular, my DPhil research covers the nature of storms and convection and how such processes drive regional atmospheric circulation, influencing patterns of key phenomena such as precipitation and winds.
