Peter Kosminsky is an Honorary Fellow of Worcester College and one of the nation’s most celebrated filmmakers. In 2011 The British Film Institute honoured him with a retrospective of his films over the previous 35 years. In 2016, Peter’s films of Wolf Hall won the BAFTA award for the best drama series and a Golden Globe for best television series. His earlier films include : ‘The Promise’ (2011); ‘Britz’ (2007); ‘The Government Inspector’ (2005); ‘Warriors’ (1999). In August Channel Four screened Peter’s latest films, ‘The State’, across four consecutive evenings.

Peter will screen and discuss an extract from ‘The State’ as well as his previous works.
