The Provost in Conversation with Ann Ziff

With the opening of the Sultan Nazrin Shah Centre, the Worcester College Provost’s Seminar is being relaunched as a twice-termly “in conversation” event, featuring visiting speakers and panel discussions, open to all members of College, to Old Members, and to the general public.

Ann Ziff & The Provost discuss Music Therapy & Poetry Therapy

Ann Ziff, Chair of the Metropolitan Opera and Director of the Bill & Ann Ziff Foundation, is one of New York’s leading arts philanthropists. She has an MA in Music Therapy and is a Visiting Professor at Temple University. She will share her experience of music therapy with the homeless, the dying and military veterans afflicted with PTSD. The Provost, in turn, will talk about his work with the ReLit Foundation for Bibliotherapy and in particular the poetry anthology STRESSED UNSTRESSED.
