Worcester hosts Institute of Physics Conference
From 3rd - 6th April, Worcester is hosting the 44th Institute of Physics Plasma Physics conference. The conference covers all aspects of plasma physics, and has been organised directly with the Institute of Physics in London, after an introduction by Dr Felix Parra Diaz, Worcester's Fellow and Tutor in Physics.
The conference is being held in the newly opened Sultan Nazrin Shah Centre, with six exhibitors set up in the E-hub, and 30 poster boards displayed in the studio. The foyer is being used for refreshments and as a reception area. Approximately 100 people will be attending each day, with 40 staying overnight in College.
