The Provost discusses his new book

To celebrate the publication of his new book Ted Hughes: The Unauthorised Life, The Provost, Sir Jonathan Bate, will be speaking at the Mathematical Institute, Radcliffe Observatory Quarter, Woodstock Road on Friday 16 October, from 6 - 7pm. He will be joined by Seamus Perry and Oliver Taplin to discuss life-writing, poetry and the poet. 

Anne Farrar Donovan, cousin of Ted Hughes, will also be joining the event, where she will discuss her reaction to the biography and share her memories of Ted and the Farrar family, including visits from Seamus Heaney and the time when she went to school with Frieda and Nicholas Hughes in Heptonstall.
